1. Go to "Create an Account" in the top menu bar. Please fill in the form and indicate your customer number.
2. You will receive a notification for your account being set to pending state until your access will be activated manually. 
3. Once your account is activated, you are able to login. Please find the login button in the top menu bar. 
4. To add products to your cart, you can
   • browse categories
   • search for a product using the search function, e.g. by Ansmann item number
   • use the Fast Order form (find detailed information below), which is linked both in the top menu and in the footer.
5. To send order requests, click the cart in the top right corner und hit "Proceed to checkout order". You'll see the cart summary and buttons labeled "Submit order request!". 
   If the product you would like to order cannot be found in the system, you can add it in the comments field. You can also make further notes regarding your order.
6. Once submitted, you will receive an e-mail containing an order summary. You will receive the actual order confirmation in another mail after your order has been processed.

You will find the Fast Order form linked both in the top menu and in the footer. 

You can search by product names or by product numbers.

You can also import the products by uploading a csv list via the upload function. For the formatting of the upload file, you can use the sample file that you can download next to it as a guide.

After you have selected all the products and the corresponding quantities, you can add them to the shopping cart with one click.

In addition to send order requests, you can also find product content such as images or documents on each product detail page in a tab labeled "Downloads". You can download individual files or select several files which can be downloaded collectively as a zip file. You can preview them in a new tab by just clicking the file name. By activating the checkbox in the table header, you can select all files with one click.
